I'm no stranger to the tumultuous journey of self-acceptance. Growing up, I battled with severe body image issues, grappling with an eating disorder from the age of 8 until I turned 18. Since then, I've been on a transformative journey of self-love and acceptance. Now, at 37, I'm working on embracing my body with all its imperfections, and it's this journey that fuels my passion to help other women do the same.
